For Physical Products

Cancellations: Request within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Shipping: Processed in 3–5 business days.

International delivery: 2 weeks (or if its held by the custom, it will be longer as we have no control.)

Note: Customers are responsible for customs fees (we can’t predict these).

Returns & Quality Guarantee

We stand by our products. If there’s a  - refer to each product details. If there is a print error, we will replace/refund it—just email clear photos of the issue to hi@bemusedcreative.com within 30 days.

Please note that for our made-to-order: No general returns/exchanges (e.g., sizing).
